I started as an engineer, trained in electronics and computer systems. That's still how I see a business: a system of people, process, and tools that either works together or grinds against itself.
For 30+ years I've owned the outcome. I've led programs, turned around 150+ projects that were on fire, and built infrastructure that scales without breaking. Most consultants sell a plan and leave before it's tested. I sit where the decisions get made, stay until it works, then hand you a business that runs on systems instead of heroics.
Along the way I watched talented people spend a day a week on work a machine should do. That's why AI is now part of every engagement. I use it to take the mundane work off people's plates so they can do the work that needs a human.
I trained as an engineer in Peterborough, Ontario, and now work with clients worldwide from Las Vegas. Faith shapes how I lead, and it's the heart of the Kingdom Operator Podcast.
